| Any good content in older expansions? Posted: 19 Sep 2020 08:22 AM PDT So my heroic party is level 90, and after having read a positive comment on someone on this sub that enjoyed going through HoT content, I decided to give VoA a go. So I went to algarth or whatever, and tried to explore as you would in a RP game. I finally found the quest line starter, and went to work. God, does it suck. It's buggy, tedious, and makes no sense. Destroy a wall so that you can rebuild it? yeah why not. shoot "runner" that walks at a nonchalant pace by predicting where they will be in 2s, or get one shot if they touch you? Sure, go ahead. I finally threw the towel when the flying thing i was supposed to shoot with that gun never shown up, but instead i aggroed trash (with SoS...) which not only killed my party, but did so repeatedly with a stupidly big aggro range and no assistance from the literal army standing here. Of course i kind of expected content to be sub optimal, but this is really, really bad. So i may get back to doing gribbles to level, and catch the next content train at what, lvl 95, kinda hoping it will be somewhat fun. [link] [comments] |
