Trying to get the Hardcore Heritage armor. How do I know which zones are HH atm?

Currently 3 boxing on povar. I have war/brd/bst with two healer mercs and a wizzy. Wanted to add a 4th actual class was looking to play a rogue but was also thinking of monk for a puller. Does it matter to have a monk to pull? Using warrior atm to pull and brd mezz/charm if i pull more than one. Also berserker or open to another class if any suggested. Thanks in advance!
