Everquest Where'd my character go?

I used to have a level 70 cleric on Antonius Bayle. I wanted to log in today to check a few things out, so I managed to retrieve the Daybreak account because I've been using the same e-mail address for going on 25 years now. I logged into Antonius Bayle and no characters were visible. Any idea where I should check?
