    Returning player seeking guidance

    Hello,

    I have been looking over this subreddit and am thankful for the amount of feedback and resources. I missed a lot of things along the way since my 106 Ranger on FV was played by a friend and I would really like to keep playing this character. I stopped playing the toon back around level 75 so I know I am possibly missing out on some things.

    I am wondering if there are any specific items/quests/achievements that would help my experience with soloing as grouping is very difficult due to time constraints, I can usually carve out a couple hours 1 to 2 days a week.

    I was also wondering what level auto grant stops working and I can/should start focusing on AAs

    I just enjoy the game and it's really good for my relaxing/recharge time while the kids are asleep and would appreciate any feedback or advice

    new player with sky issue

    new player with sky issue

    Hi guys, my husband is a long-time EQ player and I've been trying it out for a few days now. I have a weird issue with the sky that he's never seen before and he suggested I ask for some assistance. The sky in some zones is completely black and very pixelated (see image, which I know isn't the best, sorry).

    For context, I'm running a Windows 10 HP Athlon laptop, 12GB RAM, with an integrated Radeon graphics card. I'm not incredibly spec-savvy so sorry if I've missed something important. I'm able to run WoW at medium settings, and I've also played Skyrim on this computer and never had an issue...sometimes lag, sure, but then I reduce the settings if necessary.

    This issue only occurs in some zones, the picture attached is from the Burning Woods, and this also happens in City of Mist, Emerald Jungle, etc. Other zones, such as when I ran through Skyfire to get here, has a perfectly fine sky. I've already adjusted all the settings I could find including sky detail, view distance, pixels, etc, rezoned, reloaded etc. and nothing I do makes a difference. Does anyone know what is causing this or how I could fix it? I appreciate anyone who takes the time to read this!

    Any new-player friendly guilds out there?

    I'm a new player on Aradune and am looking for a group to play with. I'm only level 20, but I've been leveling up relatively fast. I don't have any other friends who are playing at the moment and every other guild in-game is just spam recruiting.

    I'd love to get to max level and then focus on endgame content, so that would be something I'm looking for. Where do I even start when looking for a guild like this?
