| Feeling nostalgic...what games are like Everquest? Posted: 10 Sep 2020 09:30 PM PDT I'm thinking of the punishingly complex zone design (Tower of Frozen Shadow, Howling Stones (Charasis), Dalnir, Kaesora, Lower Guk), zones with much more dangerous monsters roaming freely (Kunark dragons in levelling zones, The Black Unicorn), undercons (The Ghost in Unrest), with a massive world that has an immense amount of stuff to explore. I'm debating starting playing again and doing some old dungeon crawls, versus looking for something new that might inspire me. Any suggestions for other open world RPG's that have some of the feel of Everquest? Strong dislike for something like Skyrim where everything difficulty matches you neatly. [link] [comments] | ||

We're doing CoM currently. i keep buffs on his group (pally,brd,mnk,mnk,clr,rng) and i burn down the mobs once he has them below 50%. is this the best way to go? should we be in a different zone? any one done this that can share some info. he didn't start until last day of double xp...moron i know 😂 my group is sk,shm,enc,clr,mage,wiz Thanks everyone! I remember there being a ton of stories in game you could buy / find and read that were short little stories in the game. Anyone know a good place to find these on the internet?
